Since its inception in 1970, Guwahati Management Association, fondly referred to as GMA, with its well defined Vision and Missions has established itself as one of the Prime Management Organisations in Northeast. Affiliated to all India Management Association, it has over the years associated itself with promoting Management and entrepreneurial culture in Northeast. It has contributed immensely to the learning and development of scientific management systems, knowledge sharing, coordination and growth of Management skill and culture.
I salute the visionaries and stalwarts who had set up this prestigious organisation and those who had flawlessly guided and selflessly contributed toward sustenance and growth of GMA for more than 50 years.
I thank the esteemed Members of GMA for showing confidence in me by giving an opportunity to carry forward the activities and contribute towards the growth of GMA as President for the period 2025 to 2027. I am fortunate that the Members have also supported me by putting in place a professional Board with experienced and committed individuals from various management backgrounds.
I do hope, with support and guidance from all esteemed Members, the new team of professionals will not only carryout the regular activities but will endeavour to contribute towards sustained growth of GMA.
